How to ship the products for repair service?
If you are intending to ship us the goods that aren't under warranty any more, please contact us beforehand to discuss the options.
Flash-Butrym company provides the following warranty periods for all products ranges:
- imported articles:
- 24 months for individual customers (private person - a purchase proof - receipt)
- 12 months for institutional customers (a company - purchase proof - invoice)
By making a purchase of Flash Professional products, the customer has a possibility to extend his warranty protection period to up to 36 months (a cost of extending - 10% of the product purchase price)

The rate for 1H repair service is 45€ net.
The costs of defects diagnosis:
LED effect devices, LED PAR fixtures, LED tapes, fog machines, stroboscopes, lasers - 10EUR/1 unit
LED bars, moving heads, scanners, lighting controllers - 20EUR/1 unit
architectural lighting, follow spots - 30EUR/1 unit
Before sending the product to the site, be sure to fill out the form below.
NOTE: The form should be completed by the user of the device, ie the person who owns it.
Devices sent for repairs under the warranty must be delivered to the Flash-Butrym Skarbimierzyce 18 service point; 72-002 Charges together with the original packaging, proof of purchase (a photocopy of a VAT invoice) or a warranty card.
Devices that are not accompanied by a warranty card or a photocopy of the proof of purchase will be serviced against payment.
In the case of smoke machines, operating fluids should be removed from these devices before shipment. Failure to comply with these rules will result in refusal to repair under the warranty.
Devices delivered to the service center should be cleaned of dirt and there must be no smoke fluid in them (applies to smoke machines).
The device should include all drivers, remote controls, etc. purchased together with the device. A lump sum fee of 80 PLN net will be charged for cleaning each dirty device.
In the event of improper packing of the devices sent to the service, e.g. lack of original packaging, Flash-Butrym Sp.J. will pack them again in a safe manner, e.g. in individual packaging, before returning the serviced devices.
The person who ordered the repair will be charged with the cost of re-packing. Devices in their disassembled state (in parts) will not be accepted for service.
The cost of transporting devices sent to our service (APPLIES TO WARRANTY REPAIRS OF EQUIPMENT PURCHASED BY OUR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS) is covered by Flash-Butrym Sp.J.
Costs will only be covered if:
The damaged devices will be sent on a Euro-pallet with dimensions, among others, 120x80x120cm (the client sends more damaged devices
Flash-Butrym Sp. J will arrange the collection of the parcel itself - please inform us in advance about the need for collection Only devices subject to warranty repair may be on the pallet with the devices being shipped The devices will be accompanied by a correctly completed Complaint Form Please be advised that if the device is not picked up from our service, after 1 month from the date of notification of the service repair performed (this also applies to the situation where the customer does not accept the repair conditions and does not pick up the device).
